Trees are planted by third-party project coordinators, and users may view planting locations, project status, and aggregated statistics.<\/p><p data-start=\"882\" data-end=\"1006\">Purchases made on the Platform represent <strong data-start=\"923\" data-end=\"964\">support for tree-planting initiatives<\/strong>, not ownership of physical trees or land.<\/p><h5 data-start=\"1013\" data-end=\"1030\">2. Eligibility<\/h5><p data-start=\"1032\" data-end=\"1143\">You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Platform and make purchases.<\/p><h5 data-start=\"1150\" data-end=\"1178\">3. Purchases and Payments<\/h5><ul data-start=\"1180\" data-end=\"1455\"><li data-start=\"1180\" data-end=\"1240\"><p data-start=\"1182\" data-end=\"1240\">All payments represent funding for tree-planting projects.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1241\" data-end=\"1308\"><p data-start=\"1243\" data-end=\"1308\">Prices and project details are displayed at the time of purchase.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1309\" data-end=\"1381\"><p data-start=\"1311\" data-end=\"1381\">Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1382\" data-end=\"1455\"><p data-start=\"1384\" data-end=\"1455\">Unless required by law, <strong data-start=\"1408\" data-end=\"1454\">all purchases are final and non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h5 data-start=\"1462\" data-end=\"1503\">4. Tree Planting and Project Execution<\/h5><ul data-start=\"1505\" data-end=\"1751\"><li data-start=\"1505\" data-end=\"1576\"><p data-start=\"1507\" data-end=\"1576\">Tree planting is carried out by independent third-party coordinators.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1577\" data-end=\"1663\"><p data-start=\"1579\" data-end=\"1663\">Planting timelines may vary due to weather, environmental, or logistical conditions.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1664\" data-end=\"1751\"><p data-start=\"1666\" data-end=\"1751\">Tree species and planting locations may be adjusted to ensure ecological suitability.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1753\" data-end=\"1837\">We do not guarantee tree survival rates, growth, or specific environmental outcomes.<\/p><h5 data-start=\"1844\" data-end=\"1868\">5. Tree Location Data<\/h5><ul data-start=\"1870\" data-end=\"2115\"><li data-start=\"1870\" data-end=\"1932\"><p data-start=\"1872\" data-end=\"1932\">Tree locations displayed on the Platform may be approximate.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1933\" data-end=\"2010\"><p data-start=\"1935\" data-end=\"2010\">Location data is provided for transparency and informational purposes only.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2011\" data-end=\"2115\"><p data-start=\"2013\" data-end=\"2115\">We reserve the right to modify or remove location data to protect landowners, ecosystems, or partners.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h5 data-start=\"2122\" data-end=\"2141\">6. Intellectual Property<\/h5><p data-start=\"2625\" data-end=\"2806\">All content on the Platform, including text, images, logos, data, and software, is owned by or licensed to <strong data-start=\"2732\" data-end=\"2750\">NES LLC<\/strong> and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.<\/p><h5 data-start=\"2813\" data-end=\"2843\">9.
